Reconstruction
The purpose of reconstruction and rebuilding is to restore rooms and buildings for the intended use. The wear and tear of parts of buildings and buildings is restored to the extent that an unlimited further usage becomes possible.

The development of room concepts taking special fixtures into consideration is used where the utilisation of series products does not provide the desired result.

Reconstruction
A German asset consultant company placed the order with us to carry out the relocation of their company, complete from planning the furnishings via renovation and reconstruction measures up to the waste disposal concept.
Within the scope of our complete relocation management we brought the old office premises back to the contractual conditions.

In the course of the term of the tenancy our customer had removed all the partition walls and designed an open plan office. After the end of the term of the tenancy this office had to be rebuilt into the original condition in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
For this purpose we rebuilt the old partition wall system in accordance with the old plans. At the same time the premises were renovated, in particular walls and ceilings were newly installed.
Subsequently the premises were cleaned so that our customer was able to return the rented space without any additional work to the landlord.
Furniture designThe task was to redesign an office within the management. During the first talk with the customer it became clear that no

standard furniture could be used when designing the furnishing. For the realisation of the customer’s ideas our interior designers and designers presented a sketch of the furniture taking the materials into consideration that were in accordance with the customer’s request. The furnishings distinguish themselves by a clear architectonic use of forms that is shaped by modern materials.
An interaction of precious maple veneer and glass together with varnish surfaces in anthracite and stainless steel provide the furniture with the desired aura.

In order to optimally integrate the furniture components into the room, we were moreover commissioned to arrange the overall architecture of the office so that the room could be handed over to the customer as a harmonious unit.
Building managementOur customer, an international manufacturer of merchandise marking systems, planned to unite its customer service and other business segments in a European central office.
At the new site 50 existing offices and a gross space of 4,500 m2 had to be newly planned and rebuilt as office space for the relocation of 230 employees since a major part of the space was so far used as storage and laboratory rooms.
Our planning study for the new site included:

- Preparing an inventory plan 3D into CAD
- Drawing up a cost frame and budget planning
- Dimensions for rebuilding measures
- Draft for the conversion 3D in CAD

Regarding the implementation this meant for us that in order to keep our customer’s desired date for moving into the building we carried out the following works within the shortest possible period:

- Wallpapering and painting work
- Entire interior finishing work
- Electrical installations
- Air-conditioning
- Lamps
- Planning and installing the equipment
- Carpenters‘ work

In this context we planned and implemented for our customer the installation of a computer centre as well as the complete conversion of the network and new cabling according the latest technical standard.
On account of the centralisation of an additional business segment in the European central office and the increase of staff connected with it we obtained for our customer an additional object in the immediate vicinity of the European central office.
Parallel to the original project we then rebuilt it completely and finished all the projects in time for the acceptance date.
The result for our customer was safe planning, schedule effectiveness and no operation failures during the entire rebuilding phase.
